About Brianna

Hi! I’m Brianna Shaver & welcome to Garden Box Baking, I’m so glad you’re here!

I’ve been in love with baking since the very first time I made Christmas cookies with my mom as a kid. I was never very good at it but that didn’t stop me from trying. I always knew I wanted to work for myself and after graduating from Pastry School and then getting my BS in Hospitality and Restaurant Management, I went on to work in countless bakeries, restaurant and corporate dining as a Pastry Chef.

I’ve owned 3 successful small businesses, my most recent being this: Garden Box Baking. A space for food photography, recipe development and content creation. I absolutely love working with brands and other small companies to create recipes and take drool worthy photos using their products.

When I’m not in the kitchen, you can find me chasing around 2 littles in the mountains of Northwest Montana, practicing yoga, trying to convince my husband that we NEED chickens and reading smutty fantasy romance books at all hours of the night. Oh, and building a house.
